Description/Job Summary: The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day operations of the Executive Mentor Program including administrative support, event management, programs, communication, budget, graduate assistant staff and Federal Work Study students. Responsibilities also include student organization coordination.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma and four years of appropriate experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of work experience relevant to the position or a high school diploma and six years of appropriate experience. The candidate will have a history of working successfully in an environment with many constituents. The successful candidate will possess the following skills: professionalism, communication, critical thinking, project and time management, event planning, collaboration, budgeting, proficient use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and detail and deadline-orientated.
