Degree and area of specialization:
MD required. Fellowship trained in heart failure and transplant cardiology.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
The successful candidates will be fellowship trained in heart failure and transplant cardiology and board certified in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology or eligible to take the examination. Practicing cardiologists or 2018/2019 fellows are both welcome to apply.
License or Certificate:
Eligible for Wisconsin medical license.
