Assistant\/Associate Professor: Educational Leadership

Description
Educational Leadership : Assistant / Associate Professor of Educational Leadership, full-time tenure-track position. Successful candidate will be expected to: 1) teach courses in one or more of the core educational leadership areas; 2) supervise students in fieldwork experiences; 3) advise doctoral and masters students; 4) conduct research; 5) participate on department, college and university committees; 6) work in off-campus school--university partnership programs. Required Attributes : Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Organizational Theory or related field; evidence of a commitment to research and publication; interest in and ability to work in culturally-diverse settings; background in instructional leadership, systems change, organizational development, or policy; and, demonstrated excellence in teaching educational leadership courses.

Preferred Attributes : Experienced with student supervision; leadership experience in PK-12 education; demonstrated success of leadership roles in diverse and underrepresented groups in educational settings; demonstrated successful leadership in academic settings; shared decision-making style; experience in web--based distance education.
