The University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine in Ohio is offering a full-time Chest Imaging Faculty Position in the Department of Radiology.(Rank and Track will be commensurate with experience and credentials of candidate.) Ideal candidates will be competent to cover all aspects of cardiac and thoracic imaging. B-reader certification is desirable. Hospitals are equipped with state-of-the-art radiography, CT, and MR equipment and support PACS and voice recognition dictation. Cardiac imaging is performed collaboratively with the division of Cardiology. UCMC is a Level 1 Trauma center and supports active multidisciplinary programs in interstitial lung disease and thoracic oncology, including CT lung cancer screening.

Job Duties: Responsibilities include staffing West Chester Hospital, the University of Cincinnati Medical Center (UCMC), and other UC Health facilities. Responsibilities will also include teaching and supervision of residents, medical students and fellows.

Minimum Requirements: Applicants must be ABR-certified or eligible or have passed the core examinations and be on track to take the certifying examination within 15 months of completing residency. Applicants should be eligible for an Ohio Medical License. Fellowship training or established strong competency in cardiopulmonary radiology is required, with additional expertise in cardiovascular imaging preferred.
