Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Salesforce, Xenegrade, Trumba, Mongoose, Banner, Pardot, Indesign, Basecamp, webinar hosting, internet advertising, traditional advertising placement, online commerce, and Lean practices, or have a proven history of demonstrated parallel skills.

2. Master's Degree.

3. Experience in statistical analysis necessary to interpret assessments and survey results.

4. Proficiency in Gantt Charts, Excel including pivot tables, and project scheduling software.

5. Demonstrated project management experience.

6. Experience handling confidential information and de-escalating problems.

7. Competency in list development and list management skills, and organizational asset development.

General Function:

This exempt position is responsible for improving the targeting, speed, quality, and outcomes of department deliverables. This position has accountability for performance optimization maintenance of scalable processes and best practices for workforce and marketing operations.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

(Duties and responsibilities listed are examples of work performed and may be modified as needs of the College may dictate)

• Execute leadership's go-to-market strategy for prospecting, outreach, service delivery, workforce development, and other mission objectives through end-to-end management of production deliverables.

• Develop new resources for Workforce Training. This includes focused support of automation and robotics training; cultivating new non-credit learning opportunities; broadening the College's portfolio of contract trainers and maintaining an accurate, dynamic instructor database; cultivating interested Motlow faculty and staff as specialty trainers, course facilitators, summer camp leaders, speakers, and highlighting them as SMEs.

• Execute assignments in complex, multi-channel digital platforms. The ideal candidate must be capable of fulfilling CRM, CEM, constituent building, virtual event management, journey management, experiential communications authoring, production scheduling, post-production quality management, media buying, list building, and service delivery.

• Manage the instructor-led, non-credit course schedule for the 11-county service area including contracting instructors, reserving facilities, preparing materials, ensuring accurate course information in the learning management database and all other required functions.

• Negotiate issues related to contracts with instructors for contract training classes. Facilitate contract instructor payroll logistics.

• Work with the division to ensure appropriate promotions of all open enrollment courses.

• Fulfill monthly, quarterly and annual reporting responsibilities as assigned.

• Deploy communications campaigns (developed by the creative team) via a well-planned mix of channels to reaching unique, targeted constituents.

• Provide ongoing reporting and analysis of related insights and resources by measuring, monitoring, along with contributing to campaign outcomes and ROI. Ensure appropriate marketing mix, plan and prepare media buys, measure and report on market potential, market share, campaign analysis, advertising penetration, impressions, exposures, response rates, conversions, sales, revenue, profitability, service completion, satisfaction, complaints, leakage, losses, returns, and related outcomes as directed.

• Utilizing closed-loop lead management, Agile, Lean and Optimized concepts develop effective software, computer, and process systems for identifying, targeting, acquiring, relating to, retaining, and communicating effectively with an appropriate mix of constituents over time with clear ease of call-to-action communication strategies.

• Implement tactics to build, maintain, protect, and deploy institutional intellectual assets in order to convey Motlow products, services, opportunities, and needs to appropriate audiences via a striated targeted communication/marketing mix. Conduct process audits and make process improvements. Ensure technology is customized to the needs of its users and ensures effective data quality.

• Build data collection and deployment systems, processes, metrics, and efficiencies to support campaigning, go-to-market initiatives, workforce sales, as well as service delivery as it integrates with EAWI.

• Participate in the development of effective campaigns that produce measurable lead generation, conversion, and market funnel management in the recruitment of prospective students, engaged students, apprenticed students, student completers, in-field employed alums, grant partners, business & industry training customers, workforce partners, civic leaders, advocates, connecters, elected officials, thought leaders, contributors, and other key constituents.

• Test key campaigns before launch. Recommend data-informed, stakeholder-centric campaign revisions. Conduct satisfaction, interest/preference, and outcomes surveys/assessments.

• Adapt to rapid developments in technology and mediums. Maintain deep specialization and wide knowledge and proficiency in a breadth available channels, platforms, software, media, touchpoints, markets, cultures, tools, applications, and developing insight into all parts of the value chain and brand promise.

• Serve as departmental data analyst.

• Implement integration and maintenance of SAAS, owned-software and related infrastructures. Provide documentation of software utilization processes.

• Develop systems, programs, policies, and resource plans in order to maximize the efficiency and productivity of workforce operations.

• Multi-task assignments working in a deadline-centric environment.

• Demonstrate an ability to prioritize and respond to changing needs as they arise.

• Develop and implement leadership-approved tactics for increasing SM engagement, followership, call-to-action, relationship management, and inquiry closure.

• Work effectively and productively as a team member. Keep others informed of information needed. Treat others with respect, maintaining a spirit of cooperation.

• Obtain and maintain a valid Tennessee driver's license throughout employment.

• Precise attention to detail and ability to follow explicit directions, processes, and policies.
