The BS Horticulture Program in the School of Planning in the College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning at the University of Cincinnati is seeking candidates to fill adjunct positions for lecture courses in the following subjects:Urban Horticulture; Urban Agriculture; Plant Microbiology; Horticulture Science; Sustainable Landscape Design and Construction (SITES AP preferred).

The School of Planning within the College of DAAP prepares professionals for distinguished practice and spatially-based approaches with a focus on livable places, and the creation of communities that enrich people's lives. The six academic programs within the School of Planning (Bachelor in Urban Planning, Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies, Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, Master of Community Planning, Master of Landscape Architecture and PhD in Urban and Regional Development Planning) offer specific coursework about the planning and design of innovative futures for urban communities and regions.

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or a field related to specific course content.

Ideal Qualifications : Prior teaching experience preferred; documented work experience in field related to specific course content.; demonstrated command of sustainable principles relevant to specific course content.
