The Myron E. Ullman, Jr. School of Designprepares its students to be skilled professionals who can work in local and global markets and who respect the diversity of the human community. Design Foundations:Design Foundations is a one semester immersion in the processes, languages and practices of design for students majoring in fashion design, communication design or industrial design. An adjunct instructor teaching in design foundations might teach studio courses in drawing, two dimensional design, three dimensional design, and/or media/technology. Additionally, an adjunct instructor might teach lecture courses on art and design history.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :A design-related terminal master's degree from an accredited institution. Candidates with prior teaching experience are preferred.

Adjunctsteaching in Design Foundations will work directly with Samantha Krukowski,Academic Coordinator for Foundationsin the School of Design.
