The Accounting & Financial Management (ACFM) Department at Bucknell University seeks to hire a full-time, tenure-track finance faculty member to begin in fall 2019. We will consider outstanding candidates at all ranks, with rank being commensurate with experience. A record of, or the demonstrated potential for, excellence in undergraduate teaching to a diverse student body is required. Candidates must be willing to teach introductory and upper-level courses in the department's CFA Track. Candidates should possess a PhD in Finance or have ABD status with the requirement that they complete their doctoral degree before their second year. The successful candidate is expected to pursue an active scholarly agenda. Bucknell's AACSB accredited Freeman College of Management values both traditional scholarship and creative scholarship that transcends traditional disciplinary boundaries. Faculty have advising responsibilities and standard course loads of five courses per academic year (with average class sizes of fewer than 30 students).

The Community
