Position Description:

Provides program development, administration, and delivery to the Teach Waterloo program, including program participants, UNI College of Education, Waterloo Community School District (WCSD), and the McElroy Trust; facilitates student enrollment and acceptance into Teacher Education; develops and implements program marketing and communications efforts; and provides coaching and advising to program participants.

Education Requirements:

Master's degree in education or related field required.

Required Qualifications:

At least three years of administrative or program management experience; and experience with writing grants, program implementation, evaluation, and strategic planning required. Occasional evening and weekend work will be necessary.

Desirable Qualifications:

Higher education experience and demonstrated knowledge and skills in integrating technology to promote student learning preferred.
