The University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hematology and Oncology and the Adult Hemophilia Treatment Center are seeking candidates at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level. Candidates should have an interest in benign hematology with a focus on Thrombosis and Hemostasis. Faculty appointments will be commensurate with experience and will be considered for the inaugural Joseph Palascak Endowed Chair in Thrombosis and Hemostasis.

The University of Cincinnati Hemophilia Treatment Center has a thriving clinic serving a population of over 350 patients with inherited bleeding disorders and over 1500 patients with thrombotic and other benign hematological disorders. The Division also has an active hematology consult service at the University Hospital and serves as a referral center for the Tri-State region. Ample opportunities exist for access to resources in immunobioloy, laboratory medicine, transfusion medicine, cell mediated therapy and cancer biology at the University of Cincinnati Medical College, the Hoxworth Blood Center or the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should be board eligible or board certified in hematology or hematology and oncology; 50% of the role will be spent in clinical activities and the other 50% in research, administrative, and teaching activities.
