Middlebury College seeks a coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to the Director of Leadership Gifts and the leadership gifts officers. Some responsibilities include tracking and documenting contact information, making travel arrangements, generating reports, and managing schedules. The successful candidate will have advanced computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Seven years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced office environment needed. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher preferred.
