Job Summary

Eastern Washington University is currently seeking a Fiscal Analyst 2.
This fiscal analyst position performs working level payroll activities under general supervision within the Payroll section of the Office of Controller. Position utilizes independent judgment and analysis of data in performing assigned work.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree which includes 18 quarter or 12 semester hours in accounting and/or auditing by start date.

  • One or more years relevant professional experience in areas such as: accounting, auditing and/or human resources.

  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office products, Excel and Word.

  • Demonstrate and foster a culture of ethical leadership and encourage a supportive team-oriented work environment.

  • Candidate must demonstrate interest, ability and/or experience promoting cultural competency, universal accessibility and/or diversity.




Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with payroll using an integrated payroll enterprise system.




Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
