University of Cincinnati Physicians is seeking full time primary care physicians to join our 80 primary care provider medical group. As part of the regions only academic medical center and UC Health we provide excellent primary care in an innovative, physician driven work environment.

Women's Primary Care Midlife Women's Health/Clinical Service Line Director

We are looking for physicians who are well versed in women's health to join our UC Health Women's Center and provide primary care services for adult female patients. Internal Medicine, Med/Peds, or Family Medicine physicians who understand that women's health is a unique opportunity for specialized care are desired. This physician will be aware of health conditions that have manifestations, risk factors, or interventions which are different in women and comfortable treating the specific health issues unique to women. A focus on midlife women's health and NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP) certification is preferred.

Our Women's Center is a multi-disciplinary comprehensive care center and includes providers in OBGYN, Breast Care/Surgery, Endocrinology, Radiology, Obesity Medicine, Skin Care and Plastic surgery. A fellowship in Women's Health, or residency with an emphasis in women's health will be helpful but not required. The position includes opportunities to expand our coordinated care delivery for women, work to expand our educational mission for our community as well as our many medical education programs.

This position would also include a leadership role as clinical service line medical director of Women's Health. Dedicated time set aside to work alongside our Women's Health executive service line business director on program building and clinic operations would be part of this position as we grow our Women's Health Service Line with the strategic focus on midlife women's health.

The individuals we are seeking should have high energy, strong clinical skills and be able to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and the community. Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatric Board Certification required (MD or DO).
