The building includes a teaching and research facility, 16 general-use classrooms serving a minimum of 4,000 students per semester, as well as specialized classrooms and clinical spaces. Qualifications:
· Ph.D. in Communication Disorders or a related field required; Ph.D. in SLP preferred.
· ABD candidates will be considered at the rank of Instructor with evidence of completion of doctoral degree no later than March 1, 2019. If degree requirements have not been completed by the above date, the faculty member will not be reappointed for the academic year beginning September 2019.
· ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP and eligibility for NJ SLP license preferred.
· Expertise in neurological and speech disorders preferred, although all areas of expertise will be considered. A substantial body of scholarship would be expected for consideration at the associate professor rank.
