Asst Dir Career Readiness/Employability

Percent of Time/Week:100% Service Schedule:Calendar Year

Position Description:

Develops and manages a comprehensive student employability and career readiness program; develops and manages assessments, learning outcomes and analytics; provides comprehensive career services for assigned students including outreach and relationship management; assists with the management follow-up data and first destination report; serves as Career Services point person regarding federal and international employment and meets with students interested in federal or international employment; and coordinates activities with the Washington Center internship program.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.

Required Qualifications:

At least three years of experience in assessment, data analysis & learning outcomes; customer service experience; organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills; entrepreneurial focus; self-directed; experience conducting research, program development, management, public speaking, and outreach and assessment required. Student experience will be considered.

Desirable Qualifications:

Master's degree in College Student Personnel, Education or related field; experience in student development, student engagement and/or career readiness preferred.
