INTER-RATER RELIABILITY PROJECT ASSISTANT

Job Description: The Inter-Rater Reliability Project Assistant position works under the direction of the ECU-EESLPD Lead Project Coordinator and works closely with the Quality Assurance Lead. This position will carry out activities related to the work of the ECU-EESLPD office and the Inter-Rater Reliability Project.
Duties of this position include: Collaboration with ECU-EESLPD Lead Project Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, and Quality Assurance Lead to:
-Prepare materials for professional development trainings
-Research information and services for trainings as requested
-Secure locations for trainings and help with training set up and take down
Assist with record keeping including:
-Spreadsheets of teachers served by region
-Licensure updates
-Maintaining records of attendance at trainings
-Documentation and reports relating to Inter-Rater Reliability Project
-Complete other duties as required


Minimum Qualifications: -Background in Early Childhood, minimum of four-year degree
-Knowledge of the work of the EESLPD office and the NC Teacher Evaluation Program
-Excellent communication skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and open to different perspectives
-Strong adherence to the NC Professional Teaching Code of Ethics - especially pertaining to confidentiality
