St. Catherine University in St. Paul/Minneapolis is a comprehensive Catholic university with the nation's largest college for women at its center. The Department of Radiation Therapy invites applicants for a full time faculty position beginning in August, 2017, pending budget approval. Rank and salary commensurate with education and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage & be accountable for program operation, resource allocation and staff


• Work to maintain program educational accreditation


• Develop program goals, learning outcomes and assessment parameters which have resulted in improved clinical competence, critical thinking and professionalism for enrolled students and graduates


• Establish, implement, enforce and evaluate and revise program policies and procedures


• Collaborate with faculty to develop curriculum and instructional materials for didactic and clinical education


• Provide didactic instruction and advisement to radiation therapy students

Requirements:

• Master's degree required


• Must be A.R.R.T. certified in Radiography & Radiation Therapy


• Must have a minimum of ten years of clinical experience


• Must have a minimum of ten years of teaching experience


• Must have previous Program Director experience
