The Department of Radiation Therapy invites applicants for a full time faculty position beginning in August, 2017, pending budget approval. Rank and salary commensurate with education and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & be accountable for program operation, resource allocation and staff
- Work to maintain program educational accreditation
- Develop program goals, learning outcomes and assessment parameters which have resulted in improved clinical competence, critical thinking and professionalism for enrolled students and graduates
- Establish, implement, enforce and evaluate and revise program policies and procedures
- Collaborate with faculty to develop curriculum and instructional materials for didactic and clinical education
- Provide didactic instruction and advisement to radiation therapy students
Requirements:
- Master's degree required
- Must be A.R.R.T. certified in Radiography & Radiation Therapy
- Must have a minimum of ten years of clinical experience
- Must have a minimum of ten years of teaching experience
- Must have previous Program Director experience
