The College of Business Leadership and Professional Development (LaPDP) program culminates with the BUSI 4200, Leadership Capstone course. Building off of skills developed in the previous LaPDP courses as well pulling from their core and concentration coursework, students will work in small teams to demonstrate their ability to work through and present a solution to a business issue.
