CITY OF TORRINGTON SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS AND PARKS Plans, organizes and supervises a technologically modern, data driven and comprehensive streets and parks maintenance program. Manages the personnel and work involved in snow removal, the construction, maintenance and repair of streets, drainage systems, bridges, buildings and related facilities including all parks and playgrounds. Utilizes modern technology systems including a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), GIS and GPS. Minimum Qualifications: Associate s degree in construction technology or business administration plus 7-8 years of related experience preferably in a municipal streets and parks maintenance program utilizing CMMS, GIS and GPS technology including five years of administrative and supervisory responsibility.
