Job Description: Sheppard Memorial Library Technology Center Assistant duties include: assist library customers in the use of Microsoft Office software products to include, but not limited to Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint. Must be able to assist customers in creating various documents, spreadsheets, data files, publications, and presentations. Assist patrons who ask for help using the internet. This candidate may assist children in the use of educational software applications as well.
Minimum Qualifications: To be eligible for FEDERAL WORK STUDY positions, students MUST BE QUALIFIED and RECEIVE a FEDERAL WORK STUDY AWARD from the ECU Financial Aid Office (Old Cafeteria Complex, 252-328- 6610.
