Job Description:
Teaching assignment will include instruction in forensic science lectures and laboratories and related biology and chemistry courses at the associate and baccalaureate level. Additional duties within the Physical and Life Sciences Department will include student recruitment, student advisement, curriculum/course development and college/department service. Applied undergraduate level research and grant writing opportunities are also available and encouraged.

Requirements:
Masters in Forensic Science is required. Preference will be given to individuals with professional experience in a forensic laboratory setting and who can demonstrate evidence of a commitment to excellence in teaching. Familiarity with FEPAC accreditation guidelines is desired. A diverse background, including practical experience in the various disciplines of biology and chemistry (serology and DNA analysis/biochemistry and analytical chemistry) is highly preferable.
