Position Summary:

Monmouth University is looking for a candidate to coordinate and manage the Bookstore's e-commerce website; creating, updating and maintaining the Bookstore's online presence and electronic product catalogues within the inventory management system.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Basic Knowledge of MS Word 2010, Basic Knowledge of MS Excel 2010

Other Requirements:

Must be able to interact with students, faculty, staff and general public in a positive, customer-service oriented style. Must be able to adapt and learn procedures quickly, and show initiative.

Ability to work additional hours and weekends as needed during peak periods.

Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel 2010.Retail and web experience.
