TEACHING INSTRUCTOR

Job Description: The Department of Criminal Justice invites applications for a non-tenure track, fixed-term position as Teaching Instructor beginning August 14, 2017. This 1.0 FTE appointment will carry a four course teaching load in the fall 2017 and spring 2018 semesters. Principal focus will be on undergraduate courses in the departmental major/minor programs. We seek a highly motivated and collegial individual with a potential for or demonstrated record of effective teaching at the undergraduate level.


Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Criminal Justice including Criminology or Justice Administration with a minimum of 18 graduate-level semester hours in the criminal justice teaching field is required. All degrees should be from appropriately accredited institutions.
