INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGISTS
UNIVERSITY OF UTAH

The University of Utah seeks BE/BC interventional cardiologists. Peripheral interventional and structural heart training and/or experience preferred, but not required. We perform over 700 PCIs annually at both the University of Utah hospital and the affiliated Salt Lake City VA Hospital. Ideal candidates will be BE/BC in Interventional Cardiology, interested in teaching general and interventional cardiology fellows, and interested in participating in clinical research. Rank and Track will be determined based on selected candidate's qualifications.

The University of Utah has state-of-the-art labs and excellent support staff within a vibrant academic setting. Outpatient settings include the hospital's satellite clinics and its main hospital-based clinic. In-patient services are provided at the main University Hospital and Veteran's Administration Hospital.

For the past five years, the University Health System Consortium's annual quality and Accountability study named University of Utah Health Care in its top 10 in the nation in quality and safety when compared to peer academic medical centers. These peers include Mayo Clinic, Stanford and Johns Hopkins.
