Job Summary | The Patient Transfer Facilitator coordinates the placement of all admissions and transfers to UK Chandler / Good Samaritan in accordance with the clinical standard guidelines. Is responsible for ensuring that the patient is admitted to the most appropriate bed available using current admission criteria. Follows protocols for direct acceptance of specific patient population. |
