TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT ANALYST - JOURNEY

Job Description: This position will serve as the Examsoft Testing administrator which includes: collaboration with administration, faculty and staff in the design, implementation and modification of medical exams; troubleshooting and providing diagnostics, maintenance and resolution of complex issues; management, development and monitoring of exams to ensure high performance of the software; review, analysis and evaluation of the software to identify and design improvements and recommendations; development of delivery of training to all users of the software; provide macro and micro level enterprise reporting. This position will also serve as the chief proctor for all National Board of Medical Examiners for the Brody School of Medicine. This position will be first in line for support for all testing software used on testing center computers and mobile testing devices. This position will serve as backup administrator for electronic evaluations submitted through E*Value. This position will serve as an educational technology consultant using BlackBoard for medical student courses.


Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Technology Integration, Networking Technology, or related area and one year of experience in the information technology field related to the position's role; or Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and one year experience in the information technology field related to the position's role; or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, math or engineering or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Journey level requires an additional one year of experience.


Special Instructions to Applicants: This position is subject to the Career Banding Salary Administration Plan. If candidates are not identified at the Journey level, management may consider candidates at a lower competency level. Pay will be commensurate with applicant's competencies as well as budget, equity, and market considerations.
Salary Grade Equivalent: 72 (for reduction-in-force priority purposes only)
