Job Summary:
This position will manage the Memorial Union Badger Markets high volume retail operation and ensure the delivery of high quality food and merchandise products and excellent customer service with a projected revenue in access of one million dollars. Duties include hiring and scheduling of staff, ordering of food and supplies; monitoring budget and providing customer sales and service according to quality food, sanitation, production and service standards.

Schedule Comment:
Tuesday - Friday 6:30am-2:30pm at MU Badger Market
Saturday: 7:15am - 3:15pm at Peets Coffee. Opening, managing and working as the manager in the unit, serving customers
Sunday and Monday off.

Your cover letter should specifically address your work experience and knowledge in the following areas:

-Experience in working with merchandise planograms. Please provide detailed information regarding your experience with store stocking, seasonal product displays, merchandising end caps and convenience store merchandising.

-Financial experiences dealing with safe funds, cash bags, filling receiving reports out, monthly profit loss statements, tracking daily sales and dealing with cashier over short discrepancies, please list in detail any and all experience with the above.

-Experience in overseeing, leading, directing, coaching, hiring, scheduling and training a part time and full time staff. Please list in detail.

-Please list in detail your experience in ordering product and determining product mix for merchandising as well as meeting with vendors and inventory control.

-Minimum of 3 years experience in Convenience Store or Retail Industry.
