Job Summary:

Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, sorting, prioritizing, and routing all incoming deliveries for the Agriculture Drive facility (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, and Inter-D). Assist in the unloading of deliveries from carriers. Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing U.S. and Inter-D mail. Entry of materials into the Great Plains computer system. Receive, fill, and distribute customer orders of inventoried materials. Receive and deliver non-stocked items and assist in the taking of a perpetual inventory. A valid Wisconsin driver's license that meets the criteria for U.W. Risk Management and the ability to routinely safely lift 50 pounds are required. Hours for this position are 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Obtaining a UW training certificate for receiving hazardous materials will be required in the first six months of employment.
