Job Summary:

Under general supervision and in the absence of a Food Service Manager, this position will lead the operations of the Rathskeller, Stiftskeller and Terrace bratstand, a larger restaurant operation with alcohol service. Will oversee high volume with exceptional quality food preparation, presentation and customer service. Assist in the training and development of part time staff to achieve the same professional standards throughout the unit.

Requirements:

Possess or ability to obtain the following certifications within six months of hire.
1. Owner/Operator bartender license
2. State of Wisconsin Restaurant manager certification.

Schedule Comment:

Fall/Spring Semester:
Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 3pm-11pm
Friday 2pm-10pm
Sunday 12pm-8pm

Summer Schedule:
Sunday-Tuesday 11am-8pm
Firday & Saturday 3pm-12am

Schedules may vary based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
