Degree and area of specialization:
B.S. in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Molecular Biology or related field required.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
One to two years work experience in a research lab is required. In addition, this person should have experience in organizing, breeding and maintaining transgenic mouse colonies, as well as with basic lab technique and general computer knowledge, including Excel spreadsheets.

Position Summary:
This research specialist position assists researchers in the investigation of the molecular mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases. The research lab is located within the Pharmaceutical Sciences Division of the School of Pharmacy.
