Degree and area of specialization:
B.S. in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or a related field of study is required.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Although previous non-classroom laboratory experience is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a team environment are expected.
License or Certificate:
BL3 certification will be acquired upon hire.
Position Summary:
The successful applicant will contribute to research investigating antibody and cell-mediated immune responses to human and simian immunodeficiency viruses.
