Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Fellows are encouraged to apply. Additionally, the candidate will be BC/BE in internal medicine, cardiology and echocardiography; have training in Nuclear cardiology, a strong clinical background with demonstrated excellence in patient care and teaching, and a commitment to scholarly achievement.

License or Certificate:
Eligible for Wisconsin medical license

Position Summary:
The University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine seeks applications for BC/BE cardiologists specializing in echocardiography to join a dynamic academic program, with opportunities to create a unique clinical practice and engage in teaching and clinical research at a world-class university.

UW Madison offers outstanding clinical facilities and laboratories offering a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including coronary and peripheral vascular interventions, ASD/PFO closure, mitral and aortic balloon valvuloplasty, as well as both pre-clinical and clinical investigational device research. The position will entail a presence at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics locations in Madison.
