ANNUAL (12 months)

Degree and area of specialization:
-Masters degree required, preferrably in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field with training and experience in adult and infant mental health.

-PhD preferred in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field with training and experience in adult and infant mental health.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
-At least 2 years of relevant post-licensure experience conducting psychotherapy with women and infants/young children during the perinatal and early parenting period; experience in assessment and treatment of women's mental health and parent-infant/child relationships; knowledge of infant and early childhood social-emotional development.

-Experience working with women in the perinatal period; experience working with families living in poverty and with history of trauma; experience providing psychotherapy and/or psychoeducational groups; experience with attachment issues and parent-child psychotherapy, reflective supervision experience preferred.

-Experience conducting professional development/training for other professionals preferred.

License or Certificate:
WI Licensure as a Mental Health Clinician (Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist) required.

Position Summary:
This position is under the direction of Dr. Roseanne Clark. The Mental Health Clinician will provide assessment and treatment of women's mental health and parent-infant/child relationships. The Mental Health Clinician will also provide adolescent and/or AODA assessment and treatment.

Knowledge/Skills Required:
-Demonstrated computer proficiency (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database management, etc).
-Attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability are critical for success in this position.
-Ability to write and communicate effectively.
-Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge/Skills Preferred:
-Experience working with women in the perinatal period; experience working with families living in poverty and with history of trauma; experience providing psychotherapy and/or psychoeducational groups; experience with attachment issues and parent-child psychotherapy, reflective supervision experience.
