MEDIA SPECIALIST SUPERVISOR


Position Summary:
The successful candidate for this role will partner with media customers and instructional designers to create exceptional media and customized learning products within effective online course packages and other media products. The Media Supervisor will consult with media customers to assess incoming work to determine level of effort and design specs, and work with direct reports to accomplish work on time and according to design and quality specs.

Degree and Area of Specialization:
Bachelors Degree Preferred

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:
-One to five years of demonstrated experience in media development (including video, audio, articulate storyline, etc.)
-Experience managing processes needed to deploy resources on a complex and demanding development schedule
-Experience managing multiple projects at different stages with a record of managing projects to successful completion on time
-Demonstrated experience with digital delivery methods for instruction
-Project management and needs assessment experience
-Ability to facilitate collaboration, support and obtain approval from a variety of stakeholders
-Supervisory experience Preferred
