Job Summary:

Primary responsibilities will advance the internal Audio Visual (AV) systems infrastructure and provide first and second tier technical support to the Health Sciences Learning Center (HSLC), Clinical Science Center (CSC), Wisconsin Institutes of Medical Research I and II (WIMR I and II) and Medical Foundation Centennial Building (MFCB) through the Classroom and AV Services (CAVS) Support office. Understanding network operation, a variety of telecommunication technologies and delivery systems is critical in this position. Position reports to Manager of Classroom and AV Services (CAVS).
