Position Summary:
This position functions as general laborer for maintenance of the grounds at the O.J. Noer Turfgrass Education Facility. The major portion of the work responsibilities would be the maintenance of the bentgrass research plots (45 plots).

Under general supervision of the station's Superintendent, the applicant is responsible for employing critical thinking skills, proficient communication, and sound time management when carrying out the following:

1) Assisting faculty, staff, and students in turfgrass research and educational activities;
2) Mowing all bentgrass plots, weed control, fertilizer applications, watering and topdressing
3) Assist in all other areas of building and grounds maintenance
