Job Summary:

This position provides fiscal and purchasing support to the staff and users of the Wisconsin Energy Institute (WEI), including the Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center (GLBRC), a $125M multi-institutional research program supporting the research and development of a new biofuel economy.

This position is part of the WEI Financial Team and is responsible for processing financial transactions for the Institute, identifying problems and corrections and providing general accounting support. This position requires maintaining relationships with and providing guidance to faculty and staff in financial and purchasing areas. Duties are performed under limited, progressing to general supervision and the position reports to the Director of WEI Administrative Services.
