Job Summary:

Endorse, record, and deposit all clinic payments for speech language and audiology clinic services. Update and maintain daily accounting ledgers via computer software; produce accounting reports for faculty and staff in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. Process purchase requests through MDS, process travel expense reports; handle fiscal and accounting matters in the department and provide assistance to staff in interpreting the accounting policies and procedures in the university, track grant spending and balances on grants, inform Academic Department Supervisor (ADS) of any significant changes in account balances; backup and assist department secretary and clinic receptionist.
