Job Summary:

The Division of Information Technology's (DoIT) Digital Publishing & Printing Services provides a variety of printing and output solutions for both conventional and digitally generated documents for the University of Wisconsin community and other state agencies. The department has approximately 40 full-time employees and a total operating budget exceeding $7 million.

The Digital Print Coordinator is responsible for internal and external customer service and project coordination responsibilities associated with internal print production projects in digital print, along with some production, machine maintenance, inventory and materials monitoring. This position has considerable direct interaction with customers, internal printing management, vendors, production staff, print procurement management staff and customer service personnel. This position provides customer service support and acts as a resource to the areas of traditional and digital print production.

Requirements:

Must have the ability to become Xerox Igen Certified within the first six months of employment.

Schedule Comment:

This position is a second shift position with an ideal schedule of Sunday through Thursday 12:30pm-9:00pm. With supervisor approval, there may be some flexibility in the overall schedule. Weekend differential applies.
