A Bachelor's Degree in Video Production, Interactive and Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Superior communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organization skills
Extensive portfolio of videography and photography projects
Attention to detail
Demonstrated creative initiative
Experience leading and managing a part-time staff
Creative problem-solving skills
Experience with and knowledge of digital and innovative media
Solid understanding of and/or experience developing integrated marketing campaigns
Demonstrated project management skills
Ability to meet deadlines

Position Summary:
The Division of Recreational Sports at UW-Madison is searching for an innovative and hardworking individual to join our Marketing and Communications team. We'll work together to inspire a campus of 40,000 students to Play Hard. Get Fit. Live Well. by promoting six program areas, four facilities, and dozens of programs. Your demonstrated strengths in communication, organization, and creative problem solving will be used to integrate Rec Sports into the Wisconsin Experience.
