Depending on Qualifications

Degree and area of specialization:

Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline. Master's preferred.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

The candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a research laboratory setting. Undergraduate experience will qualify. An ideal candidate will be fluent in basic molecular cloning and mutagenesis techniques. Experience with basic biochemistry techniques, particularly protein expression and purification, would be advantageous but not required.

License or Certificate:

Position Summary:

We are looking for an active participant to assist with all aspects of research aimed at understanding function and structure of ion channels.
