Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience is required. Seven years of experience is required for appointment at the senior level.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Office 365.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.
- Be a self-starter, work independently and also collaborate well with team members.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Internet of Things (IoT) related technologies and their applications.

Position Summary:
This position is with the Internet of Things Systems Research Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (www.iotcenter.wisc.edu). The IoT Systems Research Center intends to establish long-term university-industry collaboration focusing on breakthrough research, innovation and education in IoT and industrial analytics technologies to achieve a quantum leap in the productivity, quality, resiliency, and security of the next generation of connected enterprises. The center emphasizes strong collaboration with industry members through seeking and conducting student research and training projects from industry members and holding regular events such as workshops and roundtable discussions with industry and related faculty and researchers.
