The Veteran's Resource Manager provides day-to-day operational oversight, management, and supervision of the Veteran's Resource Center at Fort Steilacoom and provides supportive services to veterans enrolled at Fort Steilacoom and Puyallup. The manager provides college wide leadership in promoting veterans support services, advocacy, education, and outreach networking with veterans resources throughout the community.

Working closely with the college's Veteran Services Office, the manager uses comprehensive knowledge of Veterans Administration regulations, policies, and procedures to assist veterans with navigating the complexity of obtaining VA educational benefits and other services.

This position provides the necessary leadership to campus stakeholders, faculty, and staff to coordinate services to veterans through leadership initiatives, strategic planning, program development, customer service, assessment, and providing direct services to student veterans.
