This position will support the transformation of systems and business processes associated with the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. As a part of the primary implementation team this position will focus on data integrity and testing.
Essential Functions
Offer is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
This is a term position anticipated to end in June, 2019.
Data Migration:
- Review data from legacy systems and prepare for migration to new systems.
- Follow established protocols to identify and address data inconsistencies.
- Review reports, make corrections and enter information into legacy system or prepare for spreadsheet upload in Oracle HCM cloud.
- Clean and prep data to be uploaded into our systems.
- Gather and interpret relevant data and information.
- Follow testing scenarios to aid in assessment of workflows and critical data elements across entire HCM platform.
- Support a wide range of HR projects designed to create efficient operations in advance of implementation.
- Provide general administrative support including develop and maintain stakeholder inventory and events inventory.
- Send calendar invitation and act as a resource to participants.
- Organize and deliver supporting documentation and training materials.
- Produce reports and requests for data in a timely manner.
- Support HR department with projects and operational peaks. Work will include intensive audits and analysis with excel spreadsheets, data entry, general administrative duties, and scanning/document management.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
- Associate's degree preferably in Human Resources, business, office management, or related field.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Management Information Systems.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. * Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Strong team work ethic and ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with technology, databases and/or spreadsheets.
- Human Resources experience preferred.
- Prolonged sitting and occasional standing. * Extensive keyboarding.
