Middlebury seeks a Business Analyst in Information Technology Services to partner with stakeholders to improve business processes, implement new technical solutions, or replace existing technical solutions. The Business Analyst performs needs analysis, creates technical documentation and acts as a liaison between customers, vendors and technical staff. The successful applicant will have seven to ten years of progressive experience with demonstrated success in providing Enterprise IT Services and/or Business Process Analysis, Development, and Improvement. Three to five years' experience working extensively with a variant of SQL is required. Bachelor's degree in technology field or equivalent experience required.
