Assistant Professor of Neuroscience


Assistant Professor of Neuroscience, Middlebury College, MIDDLEBURY, VT - The Neuroscience Program invites applicants for a tenure track position in neuroscience beginning fall 2018. Teaching responsibilities include: behavioral neuroscience, molecular neuroscience, a senior seminar, and an upper level elective in neuroscience. The successful candidate is expected to establish an active neuroscience research program with either humans, non-mammalian systems, or computer modelling. Preference will be given to individuals with expertise in neuro-linguistics, developmental neuroscience, or computational neuroscience. Candidates should provide evidence of commitment to excellent teaching and of their desire to develop and sustain a research program at a liberal arts institution.
