Visiting Assistant Professor of Gender, Sexuality, and Feminist Studies

Assistant Professor of Gender, Sexuality, and Feminist Studies, Middlebury College, MIDDLEBURY, VT -- The Program in Gender, Sexuality and Feminist Studies seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor for a three-year term, beginning Fall 2019. The successful candidate will be expected to teach introductory courses in feminism and queer studies, as well as courses in their area of specialization. The candidate's research and scholarship will be interdisciplinary and address the intersections of race and sexuality, with questions of gender, class, and/or nation, transnationalism, or dis/ability. Candidates should provide evidence of commitment to excellence in teaching and scholarly potential. Applicants must have completed their PhD by August 2019.
