Assistant Animal Care Technician

Middlebury College seeks an Assistant Animal Care Technician to help care for and maintain vertebrate and invertebrate animals used in teaching and research. Responsible for carrying out daily functions of an animal facility in accordance with established standard operating procedures. Technician must have affinity for animals and respect for their welfare. Must be self-directed and have effective written and oral communications skills. High School diploma is required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience with laboratory animals desired, but not required.
