PK-12 Educational Leadership - Assistant or Associate Professor (Two Openings)

Tenure-track faculty positions in the PK-12 Educational Leadership Services program area at the assistant or associate levels. Successful candidates would be responsible for conducting and publishing high quality research, teaching and advising graduate students at the masters, specialist, and doctoral levels in multiple modalities, including dynamic distance learning platforms, and provide service to our university and external communities commensurate with experience.

Minimum Qualifications - knowledge, skills, and abilities
A high level of competence and sufficient experience to:
1) conduct research in such areas as PreK-12 leadership and policy, educational law or finance issues, school improvement, and/or school/district governance.
2) teach and advise graduate students at the masters, specialist, and doctoral levels in multiple modalities, including dynamic distance learning platforms, and
3) provide service to our university and external communities commensurate with experience
Candidates should provide evidence of scholarly expertise and teaching interests at the district or school level and demonstrate the necessary interest and skills to secure external funding for research.

Minimum Qualifications - Education or training
An earned doctorate in educational leadership or a related degree by the time of appointment.

Minimum Qualifications - Special licenses, registration or certification

Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who have the capacity to advise doctoral students at the time of appointment or soon thereafter.
Research expertise in advanced statistical methods will be desirable for one, or both, positions.
