Operations Analyst

This position will provide high-level operational support for the Dean of the Darden College of Education by working on a broad range of assignments that support its mission, programs, and departments. This position works with the Dean and Associate Deans to proactively develop, analyze, and implement measures to improve efficiency and maintain effectiveness for the College and to develop plans and infrastructure to support the institute's strategic plan.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree. Related work experience in higher education. Extensive experience using Banner or similar systems (including Banner scheduling, finance, and general student), Microsoft Office (with advanced expertise in Excel), SPSS , and/or other statistical analysis packages. Significant experience in management and administration in higher education. Comprehensive knowledge of enrollment and financial systems and practices to include the areas of analysis and planning. Ability to analyze and track enrollment data. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to schedule, prioritize, problem solve, and provide support to the Dean of the College related to fiscal resources, enrollment management, and accomplishing goals. Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, interpret policies, analyze data, make sensible recommendations and decisions, and maintain the utmost confidentiality involving matters of a sensitive nature.
